Weekly One-Hour Workshop Examples:
Workshops are designed not only to teach SHIFT students life skills, but for them to hopefully have fun too in the learning process.
Students may expand their wants or wishes by brainstorming independently and collaboratively with each other and the facilitator.
Moreover, students may visualize their dreams by artistically expressing them.
Students may learn and be assisted in developing SMART goals, which are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-sensitive goals. Creating and executing SMART goals are crucial skills that may increase students’ ability to achieve success (however they choose to define it).
